Online Application for All Initial Teacher Education Programs
The Fall 2026 Student Teaching and Teacher Residency application period is now open! Submit your application by March 31, 2026, to be considered for priority placement. Applications received after the deadline might be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Required Exam Scores
When submitting your application, upload an official or unofficial score report that shows passing scores on all four sections of the FTCE General Knowledge Test (GKT).
Additionally, you must submit passing scores for the Professional Education Exam (PEd) and all sections of the relevant Subject Area Exam (SAE) by:
- Teacher Residency Pathway: June 1
- Student Teaching Pathway: July 1
