For the in-person version, a large venue such as a gymnasium, auditorium or cafetorium is required to serve up to 200 guests.

Fill out our form to begin your reservation. The FIU STEAM Festival runs 120 minutes (2 hours) and accommodates up to 200 individuals. Experiences are primarily offered on weeknights and weekends.
Requests for alternate times will be considered. Within 48 hours after you submit your request, an Education Outreach team member will contact you to discuss your proposed itinerary. Once everything is reviewed and set, the invoice will be sent.
