Online Application for All Initial Teacher Education Programs 

The Fall 2025 Student Teaching and Teacher Residency application is still available. While the application deadline has passed, late applications may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Required Exam Scores 

When submitting your application, you must upload an official or unofficial score report showing passing scores on all four sections of the FTCE General Knowledge Test (GKT). 

Additionally, you must submit passing scores for the Professional Education Exam (PEd) and all parts of the relevant Subject Area Exam (SAE) by: 

• Teacher Residency Pathway: June 1 
• Student Teaching Pathway: July 1
