The Education Outreach professional development pathway has roles for everyone, from high school internships to graduate student science communication positions.
High School Internships
Available for juniors and seniors. Interns will be involved in a number of activities, including curriculum development and event planning and execution.
Undergraduates in Federal Work-Study and Student Assistant positions work with our team to bring cutting-edge research to K-12 students and beyond.
Gain practical experience in curriculum development and science communication techniques by translating your research and acting as a mentor to students.
These opportunities provide a great way to learn about the importance of our local ecosystems and do your part in keeping our environment clean and healthy.
