Sarah Wilson
Graduate Student
My name is Sarah Wilson, and I'm originally from Titusville, FL. I earned both my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and my Master's degree in Kinesiology and Lifestyle Medicine from the University of North Florida. During my time at UNF, I served as a Research Graduate Assistant, conducting research on cognitive function, physical activity, and sedentary behavior in older adults and stroke survivors. My experience working in Emergency Medicine and Acute Rehabilitation has deepened my passion for promoting exercise as a preventative measure and a long-term recovery strategy for cognitive dysfunction. In my free time, I also enjoy cycling, crafting, and attending hockey/soccer games.
