Enzo Everett

Graduate Student

Program: Kinesiology

My name is Enzo Everett, I'm originally from Port St. Lucie, FL, but have been traveling cross-country before returning home to Florida for my PhD. I earned dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology with a minor in Biology, and Theatre with a minor in Social Welfare from Florida State University in 2015. From there I traveled to Stockton, CA where I earned a master's degree in Health Exercise & Sport Sciences with a focus in Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of the Pacific. While there, I served as the Graduate Assistant of Pacific Recreation, specializing in Facility Management, Risk Management, and Team-Building & Leadership Development Programs. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer (W.I.T.S.), a Lifeguarding and Basic Life Support Trainer & Instructor (American Red Cross), and have been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MUSC). Though I hope to find a career in applied performance consulting, my research interests include using behavior modification tactics to assist athletes and performers in achieving peak performance and flow states. Other passions include acting on both stage and screen, and recreational activities such as hiking, paddle boarding and beach exploration.
