All application materials should be submitted to the Office of Graduate Admissions via the online Graduate Application. Use the graduate admission checklist to get started.

  • Deadline

Applications are due by 5pm EST on Jan. 1.

No action will be taken on applications missing any of the above items.

  • Requirements

In addition to University Graduate School requirements (see the graduate admission checklist), program admission requirements include:

    • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area with a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale on the last 60 hours of undergraduate work - or a master's degree from an accredited program with a 3.25 GPA
    • Three letters of recommendation addressing the applicant's academic abilities
    • A letter of intent
    • An admissions interview by the Teaching and Learning Admissions Committee

The Teaching and Learning Admissions Committee will review, interview, and make an admissions recommendation for each applicant. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.
