The FTCE website offers detailed information and practice materials for each exam. 

FIU Develop FTCE Test Preparation Courses 

FIU also provides free online FTCE test preparation courses. To access them: 

• Login to FIU Develop 
• Search for “FTCE”  
• Enroll in the specific test prep course you need.   
  
  

Free tutoring for the FTCE General Knowledge (GK) Test

FIU's Center for Academic Success (CfAS) offers free tutoring for students preparing for the FTCE General Knowledge Test (GK). Tutoring is available in one-on-one and small group formats and can support preparation for the Essay, English Language Skills, Reading, and Mathematics subtests.

To schedule a tutoring session, contact the Center for Academic Success at (305) 348-2441. When scheduling, please specify which GK subtest you are preparing for.

FTCE Study Sessions & Workshops

Looking for extra support? FTCE study sessions, workshops, and other test preparation opportunities are available throughout the academic year. Topics and formats vary by semester and may include support for the Professional Education Test (PEd) and select Subject Area Examinations (SAEs).
