Our Master of Science in Chemistry emphasizes research in the environmental and biomedical aspects of chemistry. Recent environmental investigations include the Florida Everglades, Biscayne Bay and Florida Bay. Our faculty are also conducting studies on biomedical topics, photocatalytic studies of organic molecules and organic synthesis of important molecules.

MS in Forensic Science

The Master of Science in Forensic Science empowers students to pursue careers as forensic science practitioners. This program meets the criteria of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences for Forensic Science Education Programs Accreditation Commission accreditation and is designed to meet the requirements of the DNA Advisory Board for DNA analysts in the Technical Leader position for DNA track students.
