Admissions

Admissions data refer to the number of students who have applied, the number that have been admitted, and the number who have enrolled. It should be noted that, in general, the numbers decrease from the application phase to the enrolled phase.

Headcounts

Headcounts refer to the number of students who have for a given semester enrolled in at least a one-credit course for that semester. The data provided are for only fall semesters because a given student is only counted once in an academic year. Fall semesters tend to have the highest enrollment for the three semesters that comprise an academic year.

Degrees Awarded

Degrees Awarded refers to the number of degrees conferred during an academic year. In order for a degree to be conferred, a student must have successfully met all graduation requirements for a given program.
