Raquel Vallecillo

Raquel Vallecillo is a two-time FIU alumna; she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a second major completion in English, and a Master of Arts in English. She joined the CASE Advising team in 2018. In her role, she assists students with retention and on-time graduation, advises prospective and current students, and helps facilitate career-readiness through appropriate resources and engagement opportunities. She trains new advisors and supervises practicum students. In addition to her work in academic advising, she is lecturer for the English Department’s Writing & Rhetoric program.
