Dr. Timothy Page joined the faculty of the Department of Health Policy and Management in 2008 after completing a Ph.D. in economics at the University of New Hampshire. Dr. Page's research in the economic evaluation of patient outcomes and healthcare cost encompasses several topic areas, including kidney transplantation, chronic disease management, community-based healthy aging initiatives, managed care models for chronically ill patients, HIV/AIDS prevention, long term care for the elderly, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. When speaking about his work in South Florida, Dr. Page always emphasizes that it has been a privilege to partner with so many wonderful organizations in the community, academia, and industry to find solutions for the healthcare challenges facing our nation in the 21st century.
