Judith Molina

Judith Molina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor with more than 15 years of experience providing therapy and support to children, adolescents, and their families. She specializes in working with young people facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, oppositional behaviors, grief, and trauma. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Parent Training, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), MATCH-ADTC, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Her goal is to help children and adolescents build resilience, develop effective coping skills, and strengthen their emotional well-being while empowering families to support lasting growth and positive change. In addition to her clinical work, Judith is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of counselors through the supervision and training of students in the Professional Counseling Program.
