Jennifer Mirabal is an Associate Teaching Professor of Early Childhood Education in the School of Education and Human Development. She also serves as the Undergraduate Program Director for the Department of Teaching and Learning, where she leads efforts in curriculum development, course scheduling, and teacher certification processes. With a strong foundation in public education, she held leadership roles and taught young learners from pre-K special education through third grade in Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Her scholarly interests focus on early childhood special education, early literacy development, and supporting novice early childhood education teachers through mentorship.
