Dr. Lemos is a wildlife biologist passionate about the marine ecosystem and its fauna. Her research interests focus on how individuals respond to anthropogenic and environmental pressures. She is currently working on two projects to determine how fish and corals may respond to both anthropogenic and natural stressors through endocrine and lipidomics assessments applying mass spectrometry and other analytical techniques. Dr. Lemos received her Ph.D. in Wildlife Science from the Oregon State University (2020) and her M.Sc. in Public Health and Environment from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation – Brazil (2012).
