Andrea Green began her career in higher education at Miami Dade College in 2001 and joined FIU in 2006. She holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Master's in Information Systems from Florida International University, and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University.
In her current role as Manager of Undergraduate Programs for the Department of Psychology, Dr. Green helps psychology majors connect with internships and engagement opportunities that support their academic and career success. She also works closely with faculty to develop initiatives that link psychology students to professional, research, and co-curricular experiences. Dr. Green coordinates and directs the annual Psychology Student Conference and founded the Psychology Ambassadors for Student Success, a student organization focused on peer mentorship and student engagement for psychology majors.
