Melissa Dietrick joined the Research Development Office in January 2026. A proud FIU alumna, she has nearly a decade of experience in grant writing and administration. She has held positions at The SEED School of Miami, WestEd, and the University of Miami managing both pre- and post-award activities for government and private funding opportunities.
