Institute watches over our water
Ever since FIU formed the Institute of Water and Environment in 2016, top experts have expanded FIU's influence on issues such as Everglades restoration, sea level rise and more, making collaboration possible among 100 FIU scientists, academics and researchers.
Making class convenient for students
FIU has grown its online learning offerings to more than 100 fully online degrees, adding more than 15 degrees in the past year, with more than 20 STEM programs at the graduate and undergraduate level.
