The Bachelor of Arts in Psychology focuses on understanding behavior – what drives it, how it changes and why it matters. Students explore areas such as brain and behavior, social influence, development and mental health, while building skills in research, data analysis and critical thinking. With an emphasis on real-world application, the program prepares you to analyze behavior, interpret evidence and apply psychological insight across fields. Available Tracks 

  • Applied Behavior Analysis

    Put behavior analysis into practice. This track prepares you to apply the principles of behavior analysis in real-world settings, including works with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You'll complete the coursework required to be eligible to sit for the BCaBA exam and gain experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.   • Industrial-Organizational Psychology
    This track focuses on how behavior shapes organizations, from hiring and training to leadership and performance. It also explores selection systems, performance assessment and training programs, along with talent management and leadership development. 
  • Combined BA/Master of Public Administration

    Earn your bachelor's and master's on an accelerated path. This combined program pairs a foundation in psychology with advanced study in public administration, preparing you to apply behavioral insight in public service and organizational settings. With overlapping coursework, you can complete the NASPAA-accredited MPA program in less time. 

  • Online BA in Psychology

    Complete your BA in Psychology fully online. Designed for flexibility, the program provides a foundation in scientific research and human behavior, with coursework spanning experimental, social, developmental, applied and personality/abnormal psychology.
