Research Areas
Sofia’s research interests broadly include the dissemination and implementation of evidence-based treatments for young children with developmental delays. She is particularly interested in parent-child mediated interventions and how cultural factors influence their effectiveness. Through her work, she hopes to improve access to culturally responsive mental health care for underserved populations.
