Research Areas
Aishwarya's research interests include investigating how sleep-related problems contribute to deficits in reward processing and to the onset and maintenance of internalizing disorders in adolescents. She is especially interested in leveraging this knowledge to inform the development of effective and accessible interventions that target sleep to prevent and treat internalizing disorders in youth.
