Research Areas
Christine is interested in understanding how environmental and biological factors intersect to influence the risk and resilience associated with substance use and substance use disorders and their cognitive consequences. During graduate school, she hopes to expand my clinical and research interests to focus on adolescent substance use, why certain individuals are at a higher risk of developing substance use disorders, what factors contribute to protecting others from substance use disorders, and biomarkers that contribute to these effects.
