Research Areas

Kathleen(Kat) Feeney is a doctoral student in the Clinical Science PhD program and a member of the Assessment of Behavior, Cognition, and Emotion Regulation in Children and Adolescents (ABC-ERICA) Lab. Her research interests focus on examining associations between family/parental factors and emotion dysregulation among youth with and without ADHD toimprove intervention strategies. Her work utilizes a multimethod approach including behavioral rating scales, standardized clinical assessments, psychophysiological measures (i.e., ECG, EDA), and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).
