FIU Health Professions Fair
This FIU Health Professions Fair was the first of its kind here at FIU and it aimed at connecting aspiring health professionals with admissions directors from various programs.
On April 5, 2025 at the Modesto Maidique Campus, we hosted representatives from health profession programs like medicine, dentistry and physician assistant studies to share information with students interested in these careers.We also shared information about post-baccalaureate programs and provide application-related workshops. Additional tabling and other valuable resources will be available to assist students with their professional applications.
This event was designed to allow attendees to:
- Meet one-on-one with admissions directors from various programs.
- Learn and ask questions about specific health professions programs.
- Attend panels to learn from current students and professionals in the field.
- Attend seminars related to the application process and test prep.
- Learn about master’s and certificate programs in biomedical sciences to enhance your overall application.
We are grateful for all the who participated in this event. We are appreciative of being able to collaborate and work to host a successful event to our FIU community.
