Mr. Allison is currently with Solutions Development Corporation. Prior to this he served as the the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for CORTEK, Inc., Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for SimVentions, Inc., President and CEO of IST Research headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia and as the Executive Vice President for A-T Solutions, Inc. He also served as the Quick Reaction Capability Program Manager for the Department of Defense Counterintelligence Field Activity. In 2000 he was appointed the first Director of the Office of Science and Technology Integration for the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, Quantico, Virginia. Mr. Allison retired from the Marine Corps in 1999 after 20 years of active service.

Born in Jefferson City, Missouri he joined the Marine Corps in January of 1976 and was commissioned in 1979.  He served numerous assignments and commands, including several in the Persian Gulf and east Africa. He holds a B.S. from Missouri State University and is a graduate of the U.S. Army’s Armor Officer Advance Course at Fort Knox, KY and the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, KS. He is also a graduate of the School of Advanced Warfighting (MMS), Marine Corps University at Quantico.

His decorations and awards include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star with "V," Purple Heart, Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal and Combat Action Ribbon. He serves on the Board of the Families of the Wounded Fund Inc. and is a lifetime member of the Marine Corps League.
