Devon Marrett

Devon Marrett obtained his bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in community psychology from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. There he served as a research assistant with the Anti-Hazing Research Initiative under the supervision of Dr. Jermaine Robertson. His research interest broadly focuses on gender-based violence, masculinity among Black and ethnic minority groups, and health disparities. He is excited about contributing to the field of psychology, beginning his assistantship with the Affirming Youth Foundation, Inc., and joining Dr. Dionne Stephens’ Culture, Context, Health & Identities Research Lab.
